Non-business EU customers

If you are a EU consumer, Italian VAT (IVA) must be charged at checkout 

Business EU VAT registered customers

If you are purchasing as a EU VAT registered company , Italian  IVA won't be charged at checkout. Just register your COMPANY ACCOUNT , providing your detailed company data and your EU VAT registration number. Once you  Log-in with your Company account  your chart will be automatically VAT exempted.

Non EU customers

If you are purchasing from outside the EU ( consumer or business company) no VAT will be charged at checkout.

Exports to countries outside the EU are zero-rate.

You might  have to pay custom duties and taxes in your destination country. 

Export regulations vary, depending on the destination country. Duty charges are set by the destination country  and depend on the type of goods, where they come from and their value.
